Do’s and Don’ts

We hope you have an amazing time.  To make sure the event is enjoyable for everyone, please make sure you are familiar with our few simple rules.

We are a drug free festival and will take strong action against anyone contravening this.

All venues including tents are non-smoking.

Parkland Dinefwr is a working farm and as such will have livestock in adjacent fields, therefore all dogs should be kept on a lead whilst on site.

In performances, please switch off your mobile phones, arrive in good time (in some cases late arrivals will not be admitted), wait for a suitable break if you need to leave, remember that noise outside venues can affect performers inside, and make sure children are appropriately supervised.

Our venues have limited capacity – admission is on a first come, first served basis.

Please do not take photographs or sound or film recordings inside any of the performance spaces. This can disturb the performers, disrupt the sound equipment and spoil the experience of others.

Please use our recycling bins around the site, all the waste from these bins will be sorted and recycled where possible.

Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
