Sef Townsend

Artist - Sef Townsend

Sef has been telling, sharing and listening to stories for more than twenty five years. Much of this has been with refugees, asylum detainees, and in peace and reconciliation projects in the UK, The Middle East and South Africa.

He tells in mosques, churches, synagogues, as well as schools, museums and an occasional festival here and there.

Recent work has included several exciting tours of South America and China animating children and adults through the medium of story, games, rhythm and song, while using the opportunity to conduct his own research into some wonderful traditions of storytelling and singing.
