Brought up on local myths and legends, Carmarthenshire’s Angharad Wynne follows her feet and the urging of the land to find and nurture old stories of place and the timeless truths of wisdom tales found the world over.

While her natural storytelling habitats are hilltops, woods, mountains and moors, she has ventured onto festival stages and workshop spaces across the globe, blending story, poetry and song.

Talisman
(noun) an object, typically an inscribed ring or stone, that is thought to have magic powers and to bring good luck.

Talisman is a weaving of the history and mystery surrounding some of the magic men and women of Wales with stories of otherworldly encounters and the blessings and curses of the Tylwyth Teg.
